ONLINE ORDERS CANCELLATION POLICY

You can connect through live chat or call the restaurant directly to request an order or subscription cancelation

We're committed to providing superior quality services to our customers. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service with our member restaurants and patrons, customers are encouraged to cancel any orders with in 5 minutes of the order time, since any orders will be routed to the kitchen for preparation within the next 2 minutes of receiving the order.

Any cancellation after 5 minutes from the order time will not be accepted.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling a paid subscription program will not be subject for a cash refund. We will provide an E-voucher to redeem the pending balance from any Love Diet Food branch across qatar.
